President John Magufuli said 9732 staff who found to have fake certificates should cut down their wages this month and expelled the work and then promptly jailed for seven

years.  He said those staff they know, even their names to be published in the newspapers since they cheated the government. "These are bandits, indecision indecision as are others," he said
